Field Researchers

Looking for those across Ontario who are interested in investigating with us at reportedly haunted locations. No knowledge is required to fill this position, will train. Although this is normally a beginner’s position at Cold Spot, we do have Field Researchers who have had experience investigating at reportedly haunted sites with other paranormal groups. Full training will be provided, regardless of your ghost research experience. Must own your own reliable vehicle. Serious applicants only!

Audio Technicians

Looking for those across Ontario who are knowledgeable on radio frequencies in the ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) band. It is preferred that you have your own spectrogram software, such as “Adobe Audition” (formerly called “Cool Edit Pro”). Must also have knowledge in acoustics and own your own vehicle. Serious applications only!

Historical Researchers

Looking for those across Ontario who are interested in conducting historical research of reportedly haunted locations. No experience necessary, will train. Historical Researchers are also welcome to come along with us on investigations, if you so desire. Must have your own reliable vehicle.

Building Engineers

Looking for experienced building engineers across Ontario. Building engineers are called upon from time to time to come along with us on investigations to help assess houses and buildings. For example, if a witness reports their house shakes we need to determine if there is a non-paranormal reason that could cause this. This is just one example. You may volunteer as little or as much as you like. Must have your own reliable vehicle. Both sceptics and believers are welcome. Ghost knowledge not required.

Electricians

Looking for experienced electricians across Ontario. Electricians are called upon from time to time to come along with us on investigations to help rule out or determine electrical reasons for suspected paranormal activity. You may volunteer as little or as much as you like. Must have your own reliable vehicle. Both sceptics and believers are welcome. Ghost knowledge not required.

Plumbers

Looking for experienced plumbers across Ontario. Plumbers are called upon from time to time to come along with us on investigations to help rule out or determine plumbing reasons for suspected paranormal activity. You may volunteer as little or as much as you like. Must have your own reliable vehicle. Both sceptics and believers are welcome. Ghost knowledge not required.

Photo Analysts

Looking for those across Ontario who can analyze photographic evidence of suspected paranormal activity for us. Must have at least ten years experience in photography. You must also own your own reliable vehicle. Photo Analysts are also brought along on investigations with us as photographers to take photographs in an attempt to capture paranormal activity on film.
